The project included the complete removal & abatement of all materials containing asbestos and selective full demolition of all existing structure components and features. All systems were rerouted and replaced, including underground utilities, structural upgrades and enhancements, roofing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and interior finishes.
The scope extended beyond the building to include full exterior renovations with new playgrounds, a custom splash park, parking lot reconstruction and sophisticated water fountain systems.
Our team revitalized Sherwood Montessori Academy with a totally new interior, creating a warm and engaging learning center for students and staff. We carefully selected materials that prioritized safety, comfort and longevity while maintaining a bright and inspiring atmosphere that supports the academy’s community commitment to hands-on, student-centered learning.
