Fast General Contracting delivered the complete design-build transformation of Patel Brothers Frisco, converting multiple existing tenant spaces into a fully integrated supermarket and specialty food destination.
The project scope began with the demolition and consolidation of six separate existing businesses, followed by extensive structural modifications, concrete cutting, underground utility rerouting, and complete reconstruction of the interior. Fast redesigned and coordinated the space to accommodate the supermarket’s complex operational requirements while maximizing sales, preparation, storage, employee, and customer areas.
The completed facility incorporates the main supermarket, restaurant and food-service areas, a fully equipped commercial bakery, refrigerated and frozen storage, large walk-in coolers and freezers, receiving and storage areas, administrative offices, secured cash room, employee break facilities, checkout areas, and all supporting supermarket equipment and systems.
Fast managed and performed the project from demolition through final turnover, including the complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, data, security, lighting, HVAC, interior finishes, specialty equipment, millwork, signage, fixtures, and operational systems required for a fully functioning modern supermarket.
