The project included full site development and construction of structural steel warehouses with built-in offices, flumes and a detention pond, concrete roads and driveways, parking areas and all associated utilities.
The project encompassed a full exterior build-up and interior build-out with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, insulation, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, painting, and finish carpentry.
Fast General Contracting sourced and managed all subcontractors, project scheduling, and maintained quality control throughout the construction process to deliver a high-end, fully functional warehouse/office park ready for occupancy.
