FAST General Contracting delivered the complete design-build transformation of Laundry Ward, converting approximately 6,800 SF of former office and restaurant space into a modern, high-end commercial laundry facility for INH Investment.
The project began with complete interior demolition and conversion of the existing spaces into an open shell. FAST then performed extensive concrete cutting and installed new underground infrastructure for hot water, cold water, sanitary sewer, electrical service, and laundry equipment connections before rebuilding the facility from the ground up internally.
FAST designed, coordinated, manufactured, installed, and completed the project across all major construction disciplines, including the building systems, equipment infrastructure, architectural finishes, security, controls, monitoring, and final interior construction. The finished facility incorporated high ceilings, clean modern finishes, efficient equipment layouts, and dedicated utility systems engineered around the demands of a high-volume laundry operation.
A major feature was the facility’s integrated smart monitoring and management system, providing the owner with real-time information on machine operation, equipment status, revenue activity, and system issues—allowing the business to be monitored remotely and continuously.
