Fast General Contracting completed the renovation and build-out of Guanaco Tienda, expanding the existing space into a combined grocery store and restaurant.
The project reconfigured the approximately 6,120-square-foot facility to incorporate grocery sales areas, a dining area, a commercial kitchen, ADA-accessible restrooms, offices, and storage areas. Fast integrated the existing walk-in cooler, freezer, cashier area, storefront, and kitchen hood with new partitions, fire-rated tenant separations, finishes, and coordinated MEP systems.
Fast managed the renovation and trade coordination required to deliver a functional neighborhood grocery store and restaurant supporting food preparation, retail sales, and customer service.
