Fast General Contracting delivered the City of Mesquite’s Evans Park Spray Zone, creating a new municipal water-play area, picnic area, and supporting restroom facilities within the existing neighborhood park.
The project centers on an approximately 2,500-square-foot spray-zone and restroom footprint. The work included the coordination and installation of owner-furnished spray- pad equipment and a prefabricated restroom, concrete flatwork and accessible routes,utility connections, landscape irrigation, turf restoration, a drinking fountain, and an in- ground 20,000-gallon tank. The tank and associated pumping components support a reclaimed-water management system that collects and reuses spray-pad water for landscape irrigation.
Fast managed the single-prime construction effort, including site coordination, subcontractor oversight, inspections, system startup, and project closeout, while protecting the surrounding park and maintaining safe access around the active public site.
