Fast General Contracting completed the expansion and renovation of the Cleburne Railroad Museum, creating a more functional public museum with expanded exhibit, visitor, educational, and collection spaces.
The work included selective demolition and reconfiguration of the approximately 5,108- square-foot facility, including new partitions, restrooms, a lobby and front desk, galleries, multipurpose and model-train areas, a library, a workshop, and storage areas. Fast coordinated the architectural, structural, and MEP work, including exterior openings, millwork, and finishes.
Fast managed the construction and trade coordination required to deliver an updated municipal museum supporting exhibits, historic preservation, educational programs, and community use.
