Fast General Contracting completed a full demolition and comprehensive renovation of Desi Mandi Lewisville, a 38,000 Square foot international supermarket and food market. This project included major underground rerouting, new sewer systems and complete interior reconstruction.
The work scope included complete strip-out and demolition, structural adjustments, and full interior redesign based on the client's architectural drawings. Fast re-evaluated the original design drawings and implemented a redesign layout that saved the client significant costs while creating a more usable space and more efficient flow.
The new facility includes a full-service supermarket, restaurants, meat shop, bakery, and support areas with walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers. Every system, finish, and detail was built to deliver a modern, functional and high-performing space.
From underground to final finishes, Fast self-performed and managed every part of the construction process to deliver a fully redesigned and fully rebuilt facility that exceeded the client's expectations.
