It is a 1950s house. Fast used CAD software to help remodel the floor space making it a lot more open and modern and add a new patio. original plan was to rip out the floor and sat down polyurethane tongue and groove but Fast suggested to polish it and stain with a natural wood oil. I’m glad we were able to save original wood floor because it looks nice and doesn’t off gas all those chemicals. They did all the insulation in the attic kitchen and bathroom exterior walls. they also pointed out and repaired attic beams . They installed cabinets painted interior and exterior all walls ceiling siding, set the kitchen wall tile, installed new plumbing, installed a jacuzzi bathtub, kitchen and patio sinks, electrical wiring and irrigation for the garden. completed their work without delay and saved us a few thousand on the floor install.
