Fast completed a comprehensive renovation of the restroom facilities across all 16 floors of the Dallas ISD Administration Building. The project included complete demolition, redesign, and reconstruction of all restrooms to meet current code-compliance ad to improve functionality, accessibility, durability, and aesthetics.
The work scope included relocating all MEP systems including plumbing, mechanical, electrical and ventilation. All underground and in-wall piping, ductwork, fixtures, and related components were rerouted and reinstalled in new locations. Every restroom was upgraded with new partitions, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
Fast coordinated all phases of construction to minimize disruption to building occupants and operations, while delivering a high-quality, modern, innovative restroom environment throughout the entire facility.
