Fast General Contracting delivered the complete design-build construction of Chopped Grill Restaurant, a modern and vibrant dining destination created to serve Dallas university students.
The project involved transforming an empty retail shell into a fully functional restaurant, featuring high-end interior finishes, custom millwork, and state-of-the-art kitchen infrastructure. A major highlight of the project was the installation of a sophisticated, four-story high hood and ventilation system ~ an all-in-one piece system that runs seamlessly through the full height of the building, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
From initial planning and permitting to final construction and finish-out, Fast managed the construction, coordination, and execution required to bring Chopped Grill Restaurant to life.
