Fast designed and built two sets of climate controlled warehouses each was a 45,000 sq feet lot. They did all from A-Z the grading and utilities, handled all the permitting, architectural , engineering and city plan reviews, fire marshal, Oncor inspections, as well certificates of occupancy.  Overall we are very satisfied they dealt with all the nitty gritty. It was money well invested.

Kal is a good guy. I used fast general contracting to build a restaurant in Richardson. It was clean vanilla box. He did a complete build out according to the specs, with great attention to detail. I have worked with Fast General Contracting for the last 7 years in three projects to build , redesign and rehab my clinics. Not only they have come underbudget in all my projects but they have exceeded my expectations with the finish product. They are professionals and they always do what they say they are going to do. It is a 1950s house. Fast used CAD software to help remodel the floor space making it a lot more open and modern and add a new patio.   original plan was to rip out the floor and sat down polyurethane tongue and groove but Fast suggested to polish it and stain with a natural wood oil. I’m glad we were able to save original wood floor because it looks nice and doesn’t off gas all those chemicals. They did all the insulation in the attic kitchen and bathroom exterior walls. they also pointed out and repaired attic beams .  They installed cabinets painted interior and exterior all walls ceiling siding, set the kitchen wall tile, installed new plumbing, installed a jacuzzi bathtub, kitchen and patio sinks, electrical wiring and irrigation for the garden. completed their work without delay and saved us a few thousand on the floor install.

We had less than a month to complete a substantial remodel on one of our rental properties. Fast general beat our deadline by 5 days. That kind of reliability is rare. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The flooring was installed beautifully the bathroom finish out was clean and professional and they helped us select gorgeous granite countertops at a price that fit our budget communication throughout the project was excellent we always knew where things stood and they were easy to reach whenever we had questions. the crew was professional respectful of the property and left the site clean every day. The final cost came in right where we expected with no surprise charges this is a company that values transparency and does what they say they’re going to do. We will absolutely use fast general again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers quality work on time and on budget

My daughter wanted to surprise me when she bought her new home. She had it fully remodeled using Fast General Contracting inside and out. I couldn’t believe it was the same house. based on pictures on Zillow they did a thorough job and it looks just beautiful. Kal advised her on the demo of walls to make it spacious and breathable. She was telling me how they walked through the punch list several times to make sure everything looks good. I later met Kal and I can tell he genuinely wants to make his customers very happy. His electrician Jose also did some rewiring on mine. I trust Kal’s judgment in picking good contractors.

Fast General Contracting proved a real blessing in completing our retail tenant improvements.

Their expertise with construction contracts and city permits made a huge difference in how we tailored our tenant improvement agreement to avoid grey areas so that our tenant knew upfront what we expected, and we knew their work would add real value. I had previously learned the hard way that plan review by city takes weeks dragging out what seemed like a quick fix. Many modifications got rejected in plan review and then needed to be resubmitted multiple times and then city inspections failed for the smallest imperfections. Unless you have prior experience in that city those things you don’t know can easily turn into a nightmare.

Fast General Contracting handled the whole complex process. They knew exactly what city would and wouldn’t except and they proactively submitted multiple changes to be approved at once and understood what inspectors will be looking for. That saved us months of delays and frustration. It was worth every penny.
